Welcome to the Boxx! Many of you have transacted with our company before – through our old collectibles website, through our mail order catalogue, and maybe through our 7+ years on Ebay.  We are proud to present our new, comprehensive, and completely re-designed website. It features many of the product lines you’re currently collecting from and features only the most trendiest items the planet earth has to offer, as well as a lot of new, high-end merchandise you may be unfamiliar with. We’d like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our website, and to give you a brief history of our company…

Our company, Pandoras-Boxx, has been in business since 2009. We are based out of sunny San Diego, California, USA. What began as a small, garage operation has quickly grown to a company shipping all over the USA. We started the Boxx dealing primarily in limited edition movie merchandise such as prop replicas, statues, maquettes, busts, and other collectibles. Since our company first started, however, we’ve expanded to offer just about anything else we think is cool and worth owning – one-of-a-kind pieces of art, gear for home theaters and hobby rooms, aerial drones, even tactical gear. You name it – if we find something we think our customers would love, we’ll bring it to you! In the many years we have spent building our company, we have gained the trust of consumers everywhere. There’s a reason why Pandoras-Boxx is considered to be one of the best sources of trendy & cool merchandise: We are an honest and dependable company, someone with a proven track record, that will go the extra distance to assure that you will get what you paid for. Order Returns

Shipping Damages / Defective Merchandise: We guarantee your satisfaction! If your item is damaged due to shipping or has a manufacturer defect, we will work directly with the manufacturer, on your behalf, to take care of the problem. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt and DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX THE ITEM. Doing so will void any warranty. Contact us via our contact page or by phone, and you may be required to send us photographs of the item. We will then issue an RMA number, if necessary, and send you a return shipping label at our cost. Returns lacking an RMA number will result in significant delays! Please note that much of what we sell is Limited Edition, and there may not be a replacement on hand. In that case we will pay for return shipping, and refund you your entire purchase amount including shipping/handling.

All Other Returns: You must contact us within 14 days of receipt for returns for any other reason, and they will only be accepted if the item is in original, as-new, sealed condition. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse, but we will not charge you a restocking fee as long as the item is as-new. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and items must have all packaging and documentation as supplied by the manufacturer. Remember – if we can’t resell it as new, at our discretion, we can’t accept your return.
Clothing returns will only be allowed if the item has not been worn outside, and it must have all original tags still attached.

Returns will not be accepted with Special Order items.

If your order was marked FREE SHIPPING, we will refund your purchase price MINUS actual costs of shipping the product to you.

Privacy Policy

We will never, under any circumstances, provide your information to a third party, except as required to secure Credit Card / Paypal funds and as required to ship your order to you. These third parties are required to process your order, and they are required by law to keep your personal information private and secure. Rest assured that Pandoras-Boxx does not provide customer information to anyone else for any other reason. We hate spam and junk mail as much as you do!!

Ordering on Pandoras-Boxx is safe and secure. Our shopping cart is verified secure and we maintain PCI Compliance with regards to credit card orders.
